What browser is best for viewing Current Hepatitis Reports?
We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.0 or higher) or Netscape Navigator (version 4.72 or higher). Where can I go to search through your archives?
Searches can be made from any page that contains a Quick Search box in the sidebar, or from the main search page, where a few simple tips are provided to assist you in your research. You can also browse our issue archives, which displays the contents of the current and previous issues by date and by section.
What should I do if I forget my password?
We provide an online form if you have forgotten your password. We'll send your password to your email address. If you encounter any problems logging onto the site, please contact our customer service department by email at info@hepatitisreports.com or by phone at 1-800-427-1796, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
Articles and Contents
Can I get full text online?
Only a paid subscriber has access to full journal text, including PDFs, online. Registered users can gain access to abstracts.
I already receive a print subscription. How can I access the online contents?
If you already recieve the print version of Current Hepatitis Reports, you can gain full access to the site simply by registering. All you'll need is your customer ID number and last name (as it appears on your carrier sheet).
Are only the most recent articles posted on the site?
The complete history of the journal, including all previously published issues, is available online to subscribers.
How often is the information on the site updated?
We are constantly updating the site. New journal issues are added 3 to 4 weeks before the print issue is published.
I'm having trouble saving and/or downloading PDFs of the articles. What can I do?
You may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the most current version of the reader. You can get the free download from Adobe's Web site. We encourage you to also refer to Adobe's Acrobat Technical Guides.
How can I contact an author if I have questions about the content of an article?
Subscribers have the ability to email the author(s) directly by clicking on the author's name from the pop-up window within an article, if we have their email address.
